Do you accept returns? - Yes we can accept returns on the majority of our items, for hygiene reasons some items aren’t available to return unless unused. This particular item isn’t refundable as it is a personalised product (Pillow, Water bottles, Ear buds & personalised items are not refundable)
Do you provide a pre-paid returns? - Not at the moment! We can provide a refund for the original order value, minus delivery charges once the items are received and inspected. Please get proof of postage when returning.
Is this Dishwasher friendly? - Our water bottle isn’t ideal for a dishwasher, we recommend hand washing to keep longevity
How much does this store? - This bottle can store 500ml of liquid
Can I take this on the plane? - Yes you can! However it has to be empty before going through Airport security, you tend to find there is a fountain after security so you can fill up with fresh water for the flight!
Can I personalise? - Yes please do, we have pre-selected some travel quotes but we would love to use one perfect for you!
