Do you accept returns? - Yes we can accept returns on the majority of our items, for hygiene reasons some items aren’t available to return unless unused. This particular item isn’t refundable (Pillow, Water bottles, Ear buds & personalised items are not refundable)
Do you provide a pre-paid returns label? - Not at the moment! We can provide a refund for the original order value, minus delivery charges once the items are received and inspected. Please get proof of postage when returning.
How do this come? - Our memory foam pillow is delivered in a handy bag, please take it out of the bag and let it settle for atleast 2 hours. As the viscose memory foam returned to it’s original state.
