Do you accept returns? - Yes we can accept returns on the majority of our items, for hygiene reasons some items aren’t available to return unless unused. This particular item is refundable (Pillow, Water bottles, Ear buds & personalised items are not refundable)
Do you provide a pre-paid returns label? - Not at the moment! We can provide a refund for the original order value, minus delivery charges once the items are received and inspected. Please get proof of postage when returning.
Can I return part of a PAC? - Great question!, All our PAC’s are tailored to be shipped and packaged together, we can accept returns on our PAC products however PAC’s would have to be returned completely or the remaining items would be charged at full price.
Do I have to purchase a PAC? - Yes & No, Some items are available to purchase on an individual basis, however some items are only available in PAC’s this is to keep our PAC’s priced as competitively as possible for our customers!
