How quickly do you ship?
Delivery is free on every order, to UK addresses only, tracked by Royal Mail or courier. The travel pillow and plug adapter are dispatched within 3 working days, then take 3 to 5 working days in the post. Personalised and made-to-order items (the name bottle, the travel mug and the prints) take 3 to 5 working days to make, then 2 to 5 days in the post.
Can I customise a kit?
Yes, for orders over £80 we can swap items, add a personal note, or build a one-off kit from our full inventory. Email gopacuk@gmail.com with the kit you're starting from and what you'd like changed.
What's your return policy?
The travel pillow and plug adapter can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Email us first; return postage is yours unless the item is faulty. Personalised and made-to-order items (the name bottle, the travel mug and the prints) are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. Do you make corporate / wholesale orders?
We don't make kits or custom bundles. For larger orders of the travel pillow or plug adapter, drop us a note via the form above with "Press / partnership" and we'll get back to you.
