- Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles all card transactions securely and is PCI DSS compliant.
- Google Analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This data is anonymised and aggregated. Google may transfer data outside the UK; they operate under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Evri / Royal Mail, our delivery partners receive your name and delivery address to fulfil your order.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Cookies and consent
We use Google Analytics 4 (G-2NXMPG9BEQ) to understand how visitors use the site, page views, time on page, traffic sources. GA only fires after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and no usage data is collected.
- Essential cookies, required for the site to function (e.g. session management). These are not subject to consent.
- Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4, loaded only after you give explicit consent via our banner. No marketing or advertising cookies are used.
Your consent choice is stored in your browser's localStorage and persists across visits. To withdraw consent, clear your browser storage for go-pac.co.uk, the banner will reappear and you can choose again. You can also control cookies through your browser settings at any time.
How long we keep your data
We keep your order and account information for as long as is necessary to fulfil our contractual and legal obligations. In practice, this is typically:
- Order records, 7 years (UK tax law requirement)
- Customer service correspondence, 3 years
- Analytics data, as per Google Analytics' default retention settings (26 months)
Children's privacy
Our website is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
